some suggestions for improvement

I have stayed here five times now. The staff have always been great! However, the rooms could use some sprucing up, and perhaps a mini fridge, and jacuzzi tubs in some rooms. A large jacuzzi in the pool area would also be very nice. The lounge is also quite nice though a bit small. The food is very good, but a bit pricey. The beds are VERY comfy. The hotel is near the, airport, and Mall of NH. We will certainly stay here again, but it certainly would be nice for them to consider my suggestions.

Very convenient to the airport, very nicely appointed rooms, spotless, great HDTV! The desk people very quite helpful and cordial, yummy breakfast, nice waitstaff, I would definitely stay there (or another 4 Points Sheraton) again!

"The 32" plasma TV was the best part of our stay. The king bed was very comfortable. The shower curtain smelled moldy and there was a breakage in the shower. My husband hated the breakfast (I didn't go). He ordered a scrambled breakfast and asked for sausage. They scrambled everything together...sausage included. He told them that was not how it was represented on the menu. The waitress didn't seem to care. My husband was also taken aback by the waitress sitting down and smoking a cigarette! Not good."

Nice hotel, and reasonably priced, close to the mall and restaurants
