This hotel was wonderul. Clean, great staff, beautiful pool and a very great location.

I stayed at the Four Points by Sheraton in Manchester over a weekend. The staff were extremely friendly in both the lobby and the restaurant. The staff even helped me print my boarding pass for my return flight.
The room was fine, and the shower was excellent.

We chose this hotel because we had stayed there before a few years ago, and the first experience was positive. First of all, we were placed in a smoking room, enen though we had requested a non-smoking one. After much negotiating, we were finally moved, but only three rooms down the hall. Because I thought I was familiar with the ammenities from our prior experience, I unwisely didn't pay careful enough attention to them. Therefore, when we dressed to go use the hot tub we had enjoyed so much before, we were greatly disppointed to discover it had been removed! The water in the bathroom was always barely lukewarm unless you let it run for way over 5 minutes, & even then it never got super hot. There was no continental breakfast like all the others in the area provide. This would have been fine for a Budget Inn quality but not for the price range we had to pay!

I have stayed at Four Points in the past but not this one and when I walked in to a fantastic lobby I was pleasanlty surprised to the very friendly and welcoming desk clerk. My room was as nice with flat screen t.v and very comfortable bed. I was very impressed with this hotel and when I am back in the area this is where I will be staying each and every time.

I had trouble getting my rental car when I arrived but the helpful staff got me through. The shuttle drivers were all very nice and had no problem picking me up from the office nearby. The front-desk was always staffed by a friendly face. I can't wait to see the new lobby when renovations are complete... The rooms had a bed, shower, and a nice tv. I didn't need much other than that for a business trip. I will definitely stay here again.
