Quote: What a pleasant surprise, this place was so beautiful. The room was fantastic, with a gorgeous view of the golf course and lake across the street. The AMGEN tour took place in the parking lot below, too. The casino and night club were especially fun.... Read the full MontBleu Resort Casino and Spa review

Nothing Special Tahoe Resort

  • 2 out of 5 stars by Mr. Breeze from San Francisco, California
  • May 24, 2011
Quote: The MontBleu in Stateline, near Lake Tahoe, is an overpriced place that is in an old building that has been remodeled in an attempt to be hip and attract the younger crowds. The restaurants there are nothing special, the entertainment is only... Read the full MontBleu Resort Casino and Spa review

Horrible!

  • 1 out of 5 stars by KimC. from Brookdale, California
  • April 19, 2011
Quote: We stayed 3/27/11. My husband accidently left his ski jacket when we checked out, but since it seemed like a decent establishment, we went skiing for the day as planned and figured we'd deal with it when we were done. After skiing all day we went... Read the full MontBleu Resort Casino and Spa review

Good for a quick stay

  • 4 out of 5 stars A traveler from Travelocity.com
  • April 13, 2011
Quote: I liked MontBleu. The staff was just "OK", but the rooms were nice, nice bathrooms and a decent casino floor. On a budget, it is a good place to stay.

One of the more decent places to stay if you don't mind a little bit of noise from weekend party people.

Quote: I needed a place to stay for two nights until I could move in to my new house. My old landlord allowed me to stay an extra night at my old place, so I did not check in until the next day. At the front desk I was told my reservation was cancelled.... Read the full MontBleu Resort Casino and Spa review

Do Not Stay At Mont Bleu

  • 1 out of 5 stars A traveler from Travelocity.com
  • April 12, 2011
Quote: Dishonest Establishment. We utilized their valet parking and a brand new set of snow tire chains was stolen from trunk of vehicle by one of their employees. This theft was obviously made by one or more hotel employees as the hotel had in their... Read the full MontBleu Resort Casino and Spa review

Casino Hotel at half price

  • 3 out of 5 stars A traveler from Travelocity.com
  • April 12, 2011
Quote: We stayed at this hotel because they had a two nights for the price of one deal (with a jacuzzi). We asked for and received a no-smoking room (probably because there was lots of vacant rooms). Our room had a great view of the lake and surrounding... Read the full MontBleu Resort Casino and Spa review

Great memories from the former Caesar's Palace.

  • 4 out of 5 stars A traveler from Travelocity.com
  • April 12, 2011
Quote: It is a good value if you want to stay at a little fancier hotel in South Lake Tahoe. If you like fresh air in your room you should look elsewhere because no operable windows. The in-room lounge chairs were very comfortable. Stay there and you will... Read the full MontBleu Resort Casino and Spa review

Great casino

  • 3 out of 5 stars A traveler from Travelocity.com
  • April 12, 2011
Quote: We like to stay here for our Tahoe trip just because we like the casino and nightclubs. However, the hotel rooms are very outdated and walls are paperthin.
