this was the most disgusting place i've ever seen!!! the floors were filfthy (we walked in flip-flops i order to not touch it with bare feet). the ash tray had not been cleaned and was full of wet ashes. the walls actually had "snot balls" stuck to them from previous clientelle. the base boards were torn from the walls and the wall paper was torn and hanging. the knob on the air conditioner was missing and there was what appeared to be roach legs on top of it. outside, people came and went all night - slamming doors and yelling. i actually exected to see my car on blocks the next morning. we booked for 2 nights but checked out at 6 am the next morning. we also paid in advance for 2 nights and were not given a refund but, it really doesn't matter because there is no way that we would have stayed another night. do yourself a favor and do not book a room in this place (unless of course you are looking for drugs or cheap compaionship for the evening).

Very good value for the money. The room lacked a roll of toilet paper, and the one ashtray still had some ashes in it, but otherwise the room was clean and comfortable. The desk staff was friendly. I would stay here again.

Low on amenities

A very good location close to several restaurants and a walmart. Easy access to interstate, which might explain the high number of transients in the area. Maid service was very good, however the 20 year old carpet was beyond cleaning I think. No microwave or fridge in the room, which was inconvenient. The beds and pillows were uncomfortable. This hotel might be considered adequate if you are on a really tight budget. The front desk was for the most part friendly and helpfull, however I cannot recommend this old war horse of a hotel.

Would not recommend or stay here again, very disappointed.

Location was great. Staff was curtious. Bed comfort was absolutely outstanding. But this is where the good points end. Room was cramped. Table and chairs were shoved between bed and airconditioner with no room to move either way, so table blocked air flow. Speaking of air, air didn't blow cool enough, barely cool in fact.. Air conditioner vents were absent/broken and inside of air conditioner was fully visible and very dirty/moldy, so imagine that blowing into room. Bathroom vents covered in dust. Lamps didn't work and lamp shades were tattered and torn. Was a non-smoking room, but bed linens had burn holes in them and room reeked of stinky cigerette smoke. This room was way over priced and was not what was expected. Rooms should at least be clean and smell a bit fresher. Avoid this one.
