Another Great Stay

This is my second time to stay at this hotel on business. Again I was greeted with a warm friendly staff, my room was clean, everything smelled fresh. Internet connection was fast and simple to connect, waivers to agree to. Breakfast was hot, eggs, sausage, gravy, buscuits, waffles along with the usual cold items.

The staff was very friendly, check in was quick and easy, the hotel lobby smelled nice. Everything was clean, internet worked great. The bed was the new style with a tall matress, and several fluffy pillows, sheets were soft to touch, comforter was soft as well. The shower was awsome, and even a very tall person could have fit under it. Lets talk about the TV. It was a flat screen but what good is a cool new TV if you cant get any channels? Very few channels to choose from, like the satellite wasnt even working. Thats my only complaint. The rest was perfect.
Sneaky in charges

I stayed in a kingsize room with jacuzzi. Seems someone must have spilt candle wax and I got charged for this. I never would have even known about it if I had not checked my bank account online. The hotel refused to call me back so I had to call headquarters. I was alone and I do not use candles! It seems my word is nothing and I was charged 75 dollars for this. Be aware you better take pics of the room or have a witness. This is a very sneaky bunch who run this particular hotel. The room was very clean and I enjoyed the stay other than this problem.

The hotel was perfect. The room was clean. Staff members were courteous and polite and very attentive. You can't go wrong with this place and great on the price. My family and I really enjoyed everything about Best Western in Lubbock. I recommend if for business or pleasure.

Staff was very polite and courteous and ready to help all time. Was a great experience. Breakfast was great just need to improve decor and presentation. Excellent value of price.
