Amazing Hotel

I am from Florida, and come to Minnesota twice a year to visit family. My son and I always stay in Minneapolis prior to our outbound flight. I saw this hotel on the travel website and thought I would give it a try. I will never stay at another hotel ever again. The room was average size, however the 42 inch plasma TV was a nice perk. The beds were extremely comfortable and the little amenities such as the relaxation cd,lavender linen spray,ear plugs and sleep mask were great. Wolfgang Puck's coffee in the bathroom was delicious, and the breakfast buffet was expansive and reasonable priced. The hotel actually has a real pool (mini Olympic) that goes from 3 feet to 8 feet. The whirlpool was outstanding and the sauna was perfect . Every inch of the hotel was clean, and the staff was friendly,professional and helpful. We had a poolside room (79 a night) and it was perfect because there was a sitting area right outside the room, so watching the kids play was great. The exercise room actually was a full workout room with flat screen TV's on the ellipticals and tread machines, as well as a 60 inch flat screen on the wall. I have stayed at numerous hotels over the years around the Minneapolis Airport and for the value, the is no better hotel in my opinion the the Crown Plaza.

As a single mom traveling alone with my teenage daughter this was a perfect place to stay. The hotel shuttle was prompt to pick us up at the airport and upon arrival the hotel clerk upgraded us to the female only floor. It was seperated and secure for female travelers only. Free ice cream, chocolates and bath products made the whole expereince a delight. The shuttle service was impecable. Visiting the Mall of America was so convenient and safe. The driver was always prompt and courteous. I would recommend this hotel for anyone traveling to the area and highly recommend it for female vacationers. I give five stars.

Desk people were great, very helpful. Pool was the best pool ever in a hotel. Drivers very accomodating, would recommend & would stay again.

I was impressed with the set-up of this place, very updated and interesting, not the same old hotel (you'll notice it right when you walk in). Every room had a large flat screen tv (or at least ours did) which was impressive and the rooms were nice and clean. Beds were comfortable and I would definitely recommend this place for someone.
My wife flew into MSP and it was very easy getting from the airport to the hotel, front desk clerk was nice but offered little in assistance as far as getting a local phone book for a pizza place, we found one anyways.

A wonderful hotel for the money! Very clean and the staff was very courteous. Close to the MOA so if you don't want to take the free shuttle, you could drive there in about 5 mins. Very quiet room! Would definitely stay there again! Two thumbs up!
