The best vacation ever

My stay at the Westin was wonderful. The bed was very comfortable. The shower was heavenly just like they said it would be.

Staff was very friendly, prompt, courteous. Bar served strong and tall drinks. Restaurant was good, somewhat pricey though. Air conditioner was moldy smelling, producing sinus problems for me.

The room was not properly cleaned. The bathrobe was soiled with fecal matter, and the mouthwash had been opened and partially used. In short, this place is disgusting.
Great food IF you can afford it - GREAT Mgrs.

Did not measure up overall. Main redeeming aspect was the politeness of the staff and the Mgrs. giving a compensatory discount. Carpet was sticky on bare feet and tub drain plugged with MASSIVE amount of hair. Fridge did not get COLD enough. Maids open doors IMMEDIATELY after knocking without giving you a chance to answer door - even with PRIVACY tag on the door. Guests pay $15/day parking, few fine dining options nearby moderately priced. Recommend for business travelers WITH expense account to pay for dining there. Food very good though highly priced.

I highly recommend this hotel. The staff very friendly and helpful. Really nice comfortable beds. Nice decor.
