The best thing about this so called HOTEL is the location. It was small and the goose down comforter was flat and had spots if you held it up to the light. The lounge chair in the corner was torn and didn't look like it belonged at the WESTIN. THe staff was rude and crude to say the least! We incurred additional charges our first night there (Friday) and we left allday Saturday only to return to our prepaid room LOCKED by security with all of our things, not only did I have to pay to get back into our room I was yelled at and talked down to by the so called SECURITY. Not only did I leave a credit card on file at the front desk upon check-in, I parked my car in the valet that was $26./a day! I will never ever stay at a WESTIN again no matter what city or state after this experience.

I had stayed at another Westin in the Palm Springs Area and I was expecting the same. Wrong assumption! It was nice but nothing extraordinary! Nice lobby.

This was a last minute getaway with my wife and from the minute we arrived we noticed the staff was very attentive with our needs. They were friendly and professional. We will definately be back next time with our kids.

Service was good, nice hotel. Staff very helpful. we stayed two days for a vacation end get away for the two of us. nice pool, spa needs more air flow. The restauarant is expensive and not that good. Denny's across the street has better food for a lot less. When we got there the toilet wqaas not very clean but the girl in the hall fixed it up. The room had dust on things. the sink has deep scrtatches and so does the tub. (vandalism) All in all another good stay here. Parking is high.

Simply put, this hotel gave me a great feeling of comfort and safety. Self Parking was convenient and always had good spaces available. Service was prompt and courtious. The room was clean and the beds were absolutely heavenly. The view was spectacular from the 9th floor. I bought a mans belt from the gift shop and it was less than $5.00, amazing prices.
