Worst Hotel Experience

My sister left her wallet in her room, and when we went back for it, it was gone (house-keeping). X, the manager, had her go through all of the dirty & clean laundry. AS I SPOKE TO HIM, HE STARED OUTSIDE THE DOORS. I had to ask him what was outside because I was speaking. He then looked at me, but it quickly wondered back outside. It was my sister's fault for leaving her wallet behind, but X DID NOT EVEN PRETEND TO CARE. He said, "I don't believe that she left it here. She must have dropped it outside." X treated us like fools.

My stay was nice, and the location was fabulous. My main issues were that there was no free wi-fi (though you could pay for it at the rate of $10 a day. Try stopping by the Mac store across the street for free wi-fi) and that the price of parking was another $28. So, had those things been included in the price of the hotel, it was have been about $40 over the rate that seems, otherwise, good. The room was TINY, but that was fine with me, and the service was alright as well. Keep your eyes open for the hilarious goody bag!

Nicely renovated, and a great location. The rooms are small, but big enough for one or two people. My room had its own shower & bath, some rooms have that. My only complaint: with not enough room for a desk, even a small wall-mounted fold-down table would have been a big improvement. Not for everybody, but I'd stay there again.

The Mosser

The Mosser's location is its best quality but my entire experience at this hotel was wonderful. The staff at the front desk were all extremely helpful, my room was admittedly small (this I was expecting) but very modern and extremely clean, and the shared bathroom and toilet room were also spotless. A bit strange sharing a bathroom and toilet room but there weren't any problems at all and the sink in my room was a plus. I would most definitely recommend The Mosser to anyone visiting San Francisco!
