Staff/service wasn't efficient; room was better than service.

There was a misunderstanding about the rate. It took them a while to accommodate me. I was unable to enjoy the complimentary breakfast because the check-in girl didn't inform me of the hours. They didn't refund my deposit in a timely manner. I was really unhappy with the service and will not return.

Hotel was adequate for the cost. the staff was nice i will be back.

This place was filthy, old and not well maintained at all. My trip was over a year ago and it still haunts me. I've never written a review in my life, but if I can keep people from making a bad decision by staying here, I will. If there was a rating for worse than terrible, I would have checked that box instead!
Don't be tempted by the price - stay away

This place is dirty (used tissue on mattress, hair on pillow, dirty floors), the staff is useless (no blankets left in teh whoel hotel for paid third occupant), no luggage carts (the 1 they have has not been returned). Our room directly faces the busy I-880. Carpets are dirty. In summary, do yourslef a favor and stay away.
