The hotel was clean, had underground parking and a helpful friendly staff. The rooms were clean, comfortable and quiet. All at a very reasonable price.

I really liked this hotel room because it was loft style, there was no one in the pool or the hot tub any time we went to use it and everything was really clean.

This hotel was very clean with nice comfortable beds. We liked the location in regard to downtown Banff. Complimentary underground parking was an added bonus. We would stay at this hotel again.
