Very Unhappy

Stayed here when our Mom went in for surgery. Service was poor, failed to mention the pet fee. Room smelled of urine, was small, beds horribly uncomfortable, had to have the towels replaced because they had grease spots on them. Bad location. It was cheap so the surrounding neighbors were bad. Stayed out all night yelling and smoking-right outside our room! When we called the desk, they told US to ask them to leave. We stayed for two nights because everything else was booked. Air conditioning was broke, no TV remote control, VERY unhappy!
