Upon arrival, the front desk was unable to provide a baggage/luggage cart. Several times when I tried to phone front desk no one answered phone. Our "king size" suite was SMALL, had very little room when pullout couch was open.

I've stayed in many hotels, both luxury establishments and places you want bring your own sheets. And, I would say that this hotel is a great hotel. It was clean, spacious, had all the amenities you would need, and the service was excellent -- all for a reasonable price. It doesn't have the convenience of being in downtown Lincoln, but parking is free and, really, everything in Lincoln is only a quick drive away. I would highly recommend this hotel.
