The beds were heavenly, although doubles instead of queen. The bathrooms are tiny. Took until after 4 p.m. for housekeeping service. No ice in half of the ice machines. Guest laundry dryers vent into laundry room--dreadfully hot! Not great for families, but good for a business travelers.

IO hav stayed at other Four Points. This does not measure up!!. The check in took forever. Well and so did check out. The room was old and out dated. The bed was barely ok. Very few towels. The restaurant was very poor. They could not make an omelete. After waiting an hour they came out and said sorry the chef could not do it. When it was time to pay for the meal no one was around to pay. Will never stay here again.

Resort Experience:
One of the nicer hotels in Columbus, and with the military rates, it is more than affordable! They have great room service and the staff are oozing with Southern hospitality.
