Everything about the JW is first class. My only complaint was no airport shuttle.

Nice

Our dinner reservtion was cancelled due to a private function and the Hotel did not call us to let us make an alternate reservation. The Restaurant they selected for us was horrible...however I did write to the restaurant and was reimbursed. This is a nice facility but does not compare to the JW Marriott in Orlando Florida

We stayed here for a Father / Son getaway. This is a world class resort with wonderfull service and amenities. Golf on property was first class. Pool facilities were outstanding. Rooms are well appointed and staff is genuinely friendly and courtoeous. Would definately come again.

This is the best resort I have ever stayed at. The resort has everything, great pools, great food and great staff. It was very relaxing laying by the pool, the staff brought by cold towels and was very friendly. The spa was also very nice. Great services and discounts for multiple services. I was so impressed with the entire resort. Golf was on site as well. There was something for the whole family to do and I cannot wait to return!

A great resort

My husband and I come here at least once a year and celebrate our anniversary. Even though we live in town, we feel like we are a million miles away. This is a great resort and you really don't need to leave it if you are staying for a weekend (although there is an enormous shopping center across the street). I recommend staying during the summer-- yes, it's 110 degrees, but then you can take advantage of the pool! We always stay in the summer and spend most of our day by the HUGE pool. The only downside to staying in the summer is that it is very busy, so prepare to wait for everything-- check in, food and beverages, a raft in the (awesome) lazy river, and your valeted car. I really don't think it's the staff, though, just the high volume of vacationers. The pool food is, well, pool food, but the poolside drinks are out of this world! The rooms are spacious and gorgeous, and the bathrooms are pretty incredible. Last time I mentioned in my reservation that our room on our previous stay had no view and I was pleasantly surprised to find that our balcony overlooked the main patio and pool--gorgeous! There are two coffee shops right in the hotel, so skip the overpriced breakfast buffet. Roy's is always good, but we were disappointed by their Italian restaurant. The wine and appetizers were awesome but our main dishes were bland. They also have a small menu in the lounge and there is live music on weekend nights. Sometimes the band is a little cheesy but we like it anyway. We really love staying here and I am already looking forward to next year's trip.
