Booked room online, when we got there they said we didnt have the room for the price negotiated even though we called the office and confirmed before booking. Blamed it on new front desk staff and tried to charge twice the negotiated price.
Do Not Book This Hotel in Winter!

Booked this hotel late Sunday evening and called Monday morning early to cancel because it was snowed in and more snow was forcast for Monday. I was charged $25 to cancel!
I would recommend that you never book this hotel in winter.
