We booked our stay a week before a holiday weekend. From our first telephone call to the resort, until check out we were completely impressed. We decided to have a family weekend and needed somewhere with a kitchen or kitchette. The kitchen was full, and very helpful for our needs. The room was nice with a seperate bedroom and pull down murphy for our teenaged son. Having the private patio view of the ocean was wonderful. We enjoyed sitting out there reading in the crisp wind. Staff at the hotel were wonderful. Helpful in both check out and in. Valentines night we came back from playing mini golf to find there were no parking spaces left. (this hotel could use a few more of those) but the clerk quickly took care of the situation and let us park in an undesignated spot close to our room. In the meantime he investigated the problem. Breakfast was more than we expected, and hot cookies in the afternoon were a joy. We will be staying here again! Thanks!

very clean and nice place to stay. each unit is like a condo with 2 bathrooms ,1 bedroom with extra bed in the living room and kitchen. We loved the warm outdoor pool, sauna and steam room. The private balcony leads right to the beach. Will stay here again next time we visit Lincoln city.

A mixed bag

In spite of staying over on a Sunday night when the complex was almost empty, the desk clerk put us on the ground floor with another family above us. Be aware that in our room, we could not only hear every single foot-fall but the floor creaked and squeaked with every step, too. It was very annoying and an unwanted "surprise" that every step above could be heard by us below. I was imaging that because the complex was Almost empty on a Sunday night, we would get a great room but instead I felt like we were given their least best room. In fact, we booked half the room, not the full room, totally unbeknownst to me, when I made my reservation. We just had a murphy bed that pulls out of the wall. You cant watch tv with your head inside the bed's wall box, or gaze out upon the sea. The shower was wonderful. The views/location/ and access to the beach are wonderful. The full kitchen would have been a nice asset if I'd known there would be one in our room. Perhaps I did not read the room description carefully enough. If you decide to stay here, try to get on the uppermost floor!

Horrible Management

Booked room online, when we got there they said we didnt have the room for the price negotiated even though we called the office and confirmed before booking. Blamed it on new front desk staff and tried to charge twice the negotiated price.
