Front desk was friendly, But not there all the time. Had to wait to check out. Room was cleaned everyday, but I never saw them. I felt the rooms were cramped with too much extra furniture. They were remodeling the third floor. Back door next to my room wouldn't open with card, it had to be held open with a piece of sheetrock. All hotels smell of something, but this one atleast im my room was pungent. Breakfast was not sanitary in my opinion, we ate out all three days. Good for a few days stay, car wasn't vandalized and parking lot was brightly lit. Alittle deodorizer and less furniture this could be a pleasant hotel. Has a good location to mall. Also smokers need a desigated area not infront of rear door.

The Front Desk staff was very friendly.Had a communication problem with the maids,no one spoke English.The linens where old and stained.The room was well maintained.Would stay again.

The hotel was in the perfect location for what we were doing (River walk, Sea World, & Fiesta Texas.) The price was great. The room was clean, no bugs, tub & toliet were clean. The staff was excellent. My only real complaint was that the matress was not very comfortable. The manager/owner told us as we were checking out that they are due to get pillowtop matress in July. We would definately stay here again.
Terrible motel

This was the worst place that we had ever stayed at!! It was in the middle of no where! It wasn't anywhere near where the directions said it would be. There were spiders and dead roaches and crickets in the room. The bed smelled and the room had a pungent smell to it. It was not clean and I had to find a Walmart to buy some clorox and soap and cleaning supplies to clean the room and bathroom. I did not feel safe at this hotel. The people staying there were drunk and smoking everywhere even on the non smoking floor that we were staying on. The hotel did not do anything to correct the situation and I am allergic to smoke. I will never stay here again.

The rooms in the hotel were not as nice as the previous reviews led me to believe, and I am wondering how on earth they could have been reviewing the same hotel. They were worn looking (e.g., bedspread had holes) and definitely not "clean smelling" as some reviewers had mentioned.
