This was by far the worst Embassy Suites I have ever been to.After searching Tuscon for an hour we finally found this hotel. The directions listed on their website are not accurate as the exit they ask you to take is closed (and has been for almost a year) The staff laughed when we told them they need to update the directions. The lounge area and front of the hotel are actually nice but the rest of the place is a dump. Our room smelled of mold and mold was present in our DIRTY tiny bathroom. The couch and chair in our room were so dirty and old I thought it must be a joke.We were afraid to leave the car in the parking spot we were supposed to use and when we inquired if the other Embassy Suites in Tuscon may be a bit more updated with respect to the rooms we were told that "no that one REALLY sucks" by their staff. DO NOT STAY HERE! Maybe try the other one in Tuscon but DO NOT STAY HERE!
Convenient location, great breakfasts

The Embassy Suites is conveniently located near many restuarants and a major shopping mall but still easy to get to. The rooms are easy to access and quiet. The made to order breakfast is great and the staff is very friendly. This was our second stay and as we are in Tucson severak times a year for our children's bowling tournaments we will probably stay here more often. The only disappointment this time was when the swimming pool had to be shut down due to a malfunction.

The rooms were quiet and clean and accommodated our family of 5 beautifully. We enjoyed the made-to-order breakfasts. There was something for everyone. The location was convenient for our stay.

We had never been to Tucson, so we were not sure where to get a room. We were very happy with the Embassy Suites! Everyone was kind and willing to help as we asked questions about things to do and how to get to certain destinations. The room was very clean and comfortable. The hotel was close to restaurants and a mall! The cook to order breakfast was delicious!!! We would definitely stay again!
We will definitely be back!

We could not have been more impressed with the employees and how we were treated. Everyone was super friendly and very helpful.
