The location was excellent, adjacent to I 95. The room was clean and large and the beds were extremely comfortable. The staff was very friendly and accommodating. We had two dogs and were not able to indicate that with the online travel website reservation so when we arrived we had to be switched to a room in the animal wing. That was not a problem until 7:45am the next morning when we got a call asking if the room needed service. We were sound asleep. I came to find out that the night desk attendant had not noted that the room had been changed and the staff in the morning did not have anyone staying in the room we were in. I still do not understand why it was imperative to call at that time of day. There was no clock or alarm on the bed stand. I found out the next morning that they were in the process of changing them out for better ones.
My other negative observation was that both at night and in the morning the desk clerk made disparaging remarks about quality of the equipment that the office staff had to work with. Honestly I did not need to hear about that.
The free breakfast was very tasty and the fresh cookies were excellent. The issues I mention were annoyances and did not affect our comfortable nights sleep.
Great value!

This hotel exceeded my expectations in every way. The front desk clerks were very friendly and helpful. I reported a problem and it was handled to my satisfaction immediately. The room was very clean and the bed was the most comfortable I've experienced in a hotel. The only drawback on my visit was climate control. Though each room has its own thermostat, the entire building is either on heat or air. I prefer each room to be able to choose heat or air. Even so, this hotel is a great value for the price and I highly recommend it.

One elevator didn't work at all and the other one didn't work properly. Our room was on the 3rd floor and the whole floor smelled like a sewer. Our room wasn't cleaned because they said we had the do not disturb sign on the door, but we had left our room at 9:00AM to go and visit family so that didn't seem to be likely. When I went to the front desk to find out why, I was told there was nothing they would do since the cleaning personnel were gone for the day. I had to request clean towels. They couldn't bring them to the room, I had to follow her to their housekeeping closet to get them myself. She was unable to provide clean wash clothes and they only had a few towesl available. This hotel needs a management change and should seriously think about customer service training for their personnel if they plan on staying in business. Even paying half the price we paid, I don't think I would ever consider staying there again nor consider it a good value.
