This holiday inn express I found in good physical condition but there must be something wrong in their cleaning dept or management. The rooms were not as clean as the Holiday Inn standard. The staff was OK. The price was cheaper than BW and other hotels in town so I chose it, but not worth staying next time.

Mary Jo and I had not been to Ludington in 20 years...shame on us! What a wonderful area! The beaches and parks are top notch! Our Golden retriever "Dolly" went with us. The Holiday Inn Express staff gave her a "treat bag' with goodies and a tennis ball. All weekend we had to "play ball" with her. Plus...she loved the elevator! The continental breakfast area was great. The lady on duty made sure we had enough to eat and were satisfied. There is a nice walk area out back for pets also. BTW The room was very clean! Relax and enjoy Michigan!
Is this HI Express??

"I found a dirty underwear in the bed and when I tried to tell that to the manager, he wouldn't believe me and thought I was just trying to get discount. Will never return again. "
Great Place to Stay

After a long day of hiking the trails at the State Park (about 10-12 miles away), it was great to crawl into the jacuzzi tub/pool in our room - requested. The breakfast buffet was very good and had a great variety. Also, after hanging out at the beach down the road for part of the day, comming back to fresh baked chocolate chip cookies was a nice perk.
Very Rude

I just wanted to let you all know that the hotel is very good but the service was bad. The staff is very rude when I tried to get some extra items at the desk. When I tried to tell that to manager in the morning, he was worse than his staff.
