Disappointed

I stayed at this hotel based on prior traveler's reviews. While the room was large, as advertised, it was very disappointing. The living area is not carpeted and only consisted of a small sofa, chair and a tv on the wall. It was like staying in a warehouse. The room was clean but I found I could have stayed in a better suite at the Candlewood Suites next door for $10 cheaper. The hotel is OK but not as nice as some traveler's reviews stated. It was, however, located right across from a huge shopping center with good eating places. It was also hard to find off of I-95 as it is almost 2 miles from the interstate.

This is a new hotel. The suites are very large. There is a widescreen TV on the wall in the sitting area and another widescreen in the bedroom. It was a bargain for everything that I got.
The breakfast area was very large and open.
Wow what a hotel!

Wow what a hotel! This is all I can say. This is a new hotel and it shows as this is no Comfort Suites that I have ever seen. HUGE suites with a seperate living room. I loved the huge 42 inch tvs in each room, but my favorite was the showerhead. Ate at the Texas Roadhouse one night, and it was just across the street. Simple to get to, what a change from the rest of Richmond. Location was good as well. I had a meeting downtown and got there in 15 minutes. I recommend anyone to stay here.
