Not a great experience!

When we got to our suite, the air conditioner was sitting in the middle of the floor and one bedroom had not even been made up. When I called the desk, was told to haul all of our stuff back to the lobby from the 3rd floor, and he would get us another room. In second suite, bedding for couch was supposed to be in closet, but was not, so had to call again. Sink in bathroom had only a trickle of water, making it impossible to wash hands, had to use sink in kitchenette. Staff was okay, but never even apologized for any of our problems, not too friendly. With so many places to stay in Lubbock, will definitely not stay there again.
