The hotel was very elegant. From the time you walk in to check in until you check out was fabulous. The staff was very professional, the food was excellant and the room was beautiful and very comfortable... and clean.

my husband and I drove up from N.C. for a Steeler's football game. We choose this hotel because of the history and location. We arrived at 3:30 pm, thinking this was well past check in time, only to be notified of a "large party checking out late". Due to this we were unable to check in untill 7 pm. After this inconvinience, we were pretty much "blown off" by the staff. They never offered any type of compensation such as something to eat, drink, etc. Beautiful hotel but horrible service
Fantastic!

Great fitness center that is open 24 hrs. Two different rest. that you can eat in. Morning beverages to your door that comes with your paper. Very helpful staff and wonderful housekeeping! Mia on the 9th floor is a joy. Very close to stadiums and theatre district!

Greatest place to stay in Pittsburgh. It's connected to a Starbucks (definitely a plus because I am a coffee junkie). The lobby is so beautiful, the rooms are exquisite, and yet not too pricey. The fitness room is top of the line!!! Check out the bar and the restaurant too.

Westin William Penn

Stay at the Westin William Penn. Unlike the Hilton (also downtown), you will feel transported to another time. Elegant chandeliers and romantic oil paintings greet you at the entrance and follow you, to varying degrees, throughout the hotel. Be sure to have breakfast at the hotel restaurant. It is a rare treat – a place to take time sipping your tea and to order something grand!!
Note: The Westin is a Starwood property, so give your frequent flyer number at check-in & take advantage of one of the great joys of travel.
