My daughter and I and my son and his family stayed here over Memorial Weekend. This place is terrible. The outsdie looks good by inside..was another story
In my room - the tv did not work, no hot water
in my sons room - no hot water, screeen doors jamed..in both his and mine. Frig froze food
in room where cont. breakfast was..there were dead roaches along the drapes on floor,
and the pool was like bath water...and jacuzzi was cold
terrible maid service. She did not replenish coffee, and we had to ask for clean towels.
The bed bases, were dangerous. We got our legs scrated up from the wood, and the rugs in the rooms were extremely dirty
Needs TLC!!!

This hotel seems deserted, the trashes outside are over-flowing, parking lot is filled with weeds, It looks like the place is condemned. The room smelled bad, wires are coming out of socket covers and where the smoke alarm should be. Only one ice bin working in the building across the driveway. Heavy freeway and train noise. No screens on the windows or sliding door. The bathroom fans and air conditioner are rattling and very loud. No sprinkler head where the fire sprinklers should be. We wonder if this hotel could even pass county inspections? Four spas? NOPE, all but one of them are boarded up. The pool is dirty.

Stay AWAY! Everything at this hotel is in need of improvement. It was probably a nice hotel many years ago when it was still a Ramada, but it has since been neglected and become run down. Grounds, Room, AC, staff - everything needs upgrading.
