This hotel is great for the price. The staff is very friendly and caring. We arrived early in the morning around 1 am. We were given directions and checked in. The pool is crowed at all times. Other than that it's a nice place to stay. The beds were comfortable. The bathroom and tub was also nice. If you're looking for a nice stay without worry, stay here. The only downfall is, it's off the strip. You have to walk a little more than you want to get to downtown. Walking is a lot cheaper than parking. There's no ice though, only drink machines. You get exactly what you pay for.

I'm glad we only spend one night in this hotel. It was old and outdated and smelled musty. The A/C unity was LOUD! The beds were very hard and uncomfortable and I could not bring myself to walk on the bathroom floor with out socks on. There were no stairs to the 2nd floor, only a steep concrete ramp. It was scary walking down the ramp in the rain. We would definitely not stay here again.

Recently remodeled and very nice. Free Wireless internet. Continental breakfast wasn't much but pancake place across road. Staff pleasant and eager to please. Hotel is away from the rush of downtown Gatlinburg. Trolley stop in front of hotel lobby.
