Great place for the cost

Enjoyed my "getaway" to Dallas in this Contemporary decor. It was very clean, very nice breakfast for a Continental Breafast, pool was clean, fitness equipment was clean and worked well, bed was comfortable, and liked the big flat screen TV. Would definitely stay here again.

This hotel lived up to Hyatt standards in looks and comfort. It left something for the wanting in service. We had difficulty checking in due to 5 folks standing behind the desk and one being functional.
I was also called down to dispute a bill which had been paid months in advance. The confised gentleman did apologize, only after embarrassing me and degrading me in front of other guests.
Maybe try another Hyatt or avoid the front desk

My friend and I had a good stay at this hotel. It was clean and comfortable. Good Location for the Galleria. A few negative things were the coffee pot is one of those put the cup underneath types, the sofa material was a bit rough, closet was small, and the maids didn't understand English. Good thing my friend new a bit of Spanish. We missed the first day of the free breakfast, but made the second day. Not much variety, and the fruit I tried didn't taste right. The bed was AMAZING. The softest pillows I have ever laid my head on, and the bed was soooo comfortable. Overall it was a gorgeous room. The television was incredible. The hotel WIFi was decent as well. The staff at the counter was very accommodating. My flight was early in the AM and they tried their best to get us into our room asap.

Hotel is in a nice location,however, it is under construction. I think they are renovating. However, we did not have access to the new areas. Our room was dingy. The wall paper was pealing, the bath tub did not drain, the air conditioner was loud. The beds were hard as a rock. The staff was nice and friendly. The buffet breakfast was good. When the renovating is over this will probably be a great place. I think customers should be informed when a hotel is doing renovations before booking.

The staff was very helpful and nice. The room was clean and spacious. The bed was more than we expected. The breakfast was plentiful and good.
