I stayed here for a weekend away from the cold and some down time. The entire staff was wonderful from check-in to check-out they were able to meet every need I had and ensured I had a wonderful stay. They have a beautiful pool scene, while it is on the small side, it's a wonderful spot to chill for several hours. I didn't use the spa, but it looks like an amazing facility and was about on par with other spas price wise (keep in mind this is a luxury hotel in Arizona). The rooms were of a rustic/western style but still very comfortable. Overall I had a great stay and recommend it to others.

The only problem we had was our daily room service was not done until 3:30pm every day, which we thought we kind of odd. The maids do not speak english so there was no communication whatsoever, but problems were resolved with the front desk. The hotel itself was gorgeous. If your looking for peace and quiet this is a beautiful place to stay. The scenery of Camelback Mountain was wonderful. The service and food at T Cooks restaurant was spectacular. The pool area was not very large, but enough space to enjoy your day of relaxation. My daughter had a wonderful time at the Alvadora Spa. The staff was very pleasant and professional. The room was spectacular. Very, very pretty. I will more than likely book another vacation at this site.

We stayed here to celebrate our anniversary. The staff are friendly, caring and professional. The grounds are beautiful and there are plenty of places to sit, relax, talk, enjoy a cool drink. The food is excellent. We stayed in a casita and enjoyed the quiet and the private patio. The spa is world-class. We were also charged a $* resort fee on top of our travel bill. This includes all tips for valet parking, bellman and housekeeper. The fee saved me the trouble of carrying around a wad of bills to pass out all day.
If you are looking for a first-class hotel with great service, an intimate place to relax, you found it. I am now hooked on this type of resort and plan to avoid the glitzy mega resorts in the future.

I have never stayed at a more memorable place. Everything from the decor to the food to the aroma of the flowers will always stay in my mind. I will definitely return next year.
