we booked this hotel from the looks and all the things they say they have what you need to know is what u dont get..... they do not service your room yes you pay a maintainance fee thats to pay them to clean the room for the next person they dont provide clean towels you get to wash them no beds made and best of all you get to buy your own toilet paper there nice enough to sell it to you and no trash bags and you will need them to take out your own trash pretty much when your there your at home all right you get to do all the work you would do at home not much of a vacation id say. staff at office was really nice but that dont get your room cleaned and toilet paper! the beds hard as a rock and no securtiy till dark was the final straw. after 2 days of this we moved to vistania and man oh man they are the best great service great rooms amazing pools and they treat u like a king! so dont save 100 bucks and be upset go to vistania villages and have the vacation of a life time!

Good place and great rates if you dont have kids. This is like an apartment comles. The pool is a basic apartment complex type pool, very small and not kid friendly and closes at sundown. Most hotel pools stay open until 10pm or 11pm.

My family and I made arrangements to spend the weekend at the Caribe Cove Resort and we were sourly disappointed. The rooms are spacious but there are no amenities. That means there is no day to day cleaning service, coffee and sugar, shampu, lotions, etc, no beds made. I was told I had to buy sugar for my coffee when the 4 packets ran out in my room... There is an additional $65 cleaning fee added to the rate but this is for cleaning AFTER you leave. Basically, it's like being in an apartment. The space was relatively clean, but there was mold in the showers. The pool is small and there are no towels at the pool. You have to bring from your room. There is no refreshment service at the pool/clubhouse. Internet is available in the club house - but for an additional fee. There is no room service. The location is a bit out of the way. The shuttle to and from the Disney parks is expensive & not included in your stay. They charge $6 a day for DVD card but the DVD player is in the room, not in the living room. When I spoke to the very friendly staff, I was told that if we wanted services, we should have booked a HOTEL. They explained -this is like renting a "condo." When I responded that the word "RESORT" implied certain amenities, I was told that not in Orlando it doesn't. At the end of the stay, we noticed the staff cleaning the pool walls while people were in it! I don't recommend this "resort" for those wanting to relax. If you are looking for a bargain, you can find something better with a little bit of service.

We really enjoyed our time here - very nice, spacious condo. Pool is great, location for Disney trip perfect. Nice, quite area. Carpet was a little dirty and they could have spent a few more bucks on the beds (very uncomfortable) but overall a great place to stay. Would stay again.

We were upgraded from a two bedroom to a three bedroom. Great place, would stay again. The bed is a little stiff but not bad. The location is a little far from stores or restaurants, not walking distance to anything
