No room available when we arrived

No room available when we arrived after long doay of traveling. They had received the fax from Travelosity but did not put it in system, so no room available. Not a good experience

The hotel is right across the street from the beach and one blcok from all of the restraunts and bars on Siesta Key. I really enjoyed my stay at the hotel.

Ick. That should describe it. The sheets are rough, the place is mold AND mildew nasty. There were fleas in our unit. Such a waste of money, AND the staff is rude. Close to the beach, but so is a dumpster.
