The staff was exceptionally friendly and helpful. The hotel is finishing a remodel. The room, hallways, and continental breakfast area look great and are comfortable. There is not an elevator. Plenty of parking lot access doors and a luggage-friendly stairway make second floor access a breeze. We left very early to get a head start. The front desk clerk stepped outside at 3:30 am and helped us load our luggage. That is service. On future visits to the area, we will look no further than the Super 8 for a place to stay.

large rooms, great beds. surprised to know that they were high end serta mattress. i am going to buy me one. liked the refrigerator and microwave and nice and clean bathrooms.big rooms!! everything looked new

Stayed at the Winfield Ks hotel - all staff very unfriendly/rude. Told housekeeper about burned out light bulb and was told I would have to go to the desk to get new bulb. No one ever at front desk. Toilet stopped up and overfloew - WE had to get it unstopped and clean up the floor. They do not correctly represent their pet policy on the net site. I could go on but out of space.

Stayed here for family reunion. Very dirty hotel. Our tub was filthy, hair was all over the floor and the toilet was disgusting. Asked for a clean room and it took the clerk forever to find a room for us. Went to different room and it was the same things except this time the sheets are dirty with hair and dirt so I knew they had not been changed. Moved to a 3rd room and finally it was decent but the floor had not been vacuumed in a week. Will go to Winfield next year.

great staff, friendly, beautiful lobby upstairs to relax.very clean rooms and great hot breakfast! this super 8 surprised me. rates were lower than the super 8 in winfield.a pleasant surprise!!!
