Booked here due to lack of availability at other places. Quoted $143.98+tax for 2 nites-Actual charge $165.06+tax. This included $3.36 "safe charge" which was removed when I questioned it. On Thanksgiving they had no room service-not warned about this. Had to go get linens late that night! Still not sure how they arrived at total charge; I just WILL NOT be staying there again!

The hotel is decent. The staff was very friendly. The room was clean. It's nothing fancy, but it serves the purpose. My only complaints - the outside doors stuck so you had to use the front door and the TV needs to be a little bigger so you can read the crawl on ESPN.

"upon check-in the front desk acted like my confirmation number meant nothing...on inquiring about the free high-speed Internet, the front desk said it was completely wireless and required no encryption key (very odd)...upon trying to connect without success, the front desk informed me I needed a special box which they would issue to me so I could connect to the Internet that comes through the electrical wiring (far from wireless)..."
