We would stay again.

We enjoyed our stay and would stay there again. We loved the location. Four of us stayed in our room which made it cramped. A larger family room is available but was booked during our stay and is more expensive. This is a great place to stay if you have a dog. It has a patio that opens to a small fenced area where the dogs can play and relieve themselves. The only downside to this was our room smelled doggy. I liked the layout of the bathroom. The sink area was roomy with room for our suitcases to be stored. Parking is free and the continential breakfast was fresh. The room needed some additional cleaning - the ceiling fan was dirty, chairs were stained, and there were cobwebs on the ceiling. The pool is small but we did not use it because of the weather. It appeared clean and neat. The staff was very helpful with every request. Our television was not very clear.

My family and I found this great place to stay when looking for a place that would accommodate our dogs. We have since stayed there three times and will continue going thought the summer.
We love the leash free dog beach that is 5 min from our door and love the family environment.
There are great places to eat with our dogs about 4 blocks away and we love to walk there.
My family and I have really enjoyed our stays there!!!!!

Its all about location, location, location. We, myself, our greyhound and my wife, have been going to this hotel for the last three years. The location is central to all the normal activites in San Diego CiIty, Mission Bay and more. Most important the hotel is directly adjacent to the doggie beach. Privacy is not compromised since there is a small out of the way grassy City Park area facing the rooms patios, buffering the hotel from the elevated doggie pathway. It is less than a four minute walk to release your four legged family member to a 24/7 NO LEASH ZONE, without crossing any streets. We also have gone to excellant restaurants, which have doggie menus. It is a quick family and romantic get away. Security is excellant by the Hotel and City. Personally I enjoy the outside doggie bath, doggie towels, company of other owners and an excellant heated pool ... enjoy.

We go there with our dog and it is the perfect mix for humans and pets. It is always clean with shower facilities and towels for the dogs etc. We have shared our opinion with friends and they all agree.

They gave me a great rate on the room. Staff was friendly, courteous and helpful. It has a great location within walking distance of the beach and it's only a 10 minute drive to work from here and there's lots of good restaurants and fun places to go that are close to this hotel.
