The Service at this Hotel is exceptional and the suites are clean and spacious. This hotel is a WOW! We will be back.

I checked in on April 16th about 6pm. The front desk lady that helped my was so professional. She explained everything about the area. Went up to my room, all I could say was wow!!!!! They had everything I needed, and all I had to bring was my food. The breakfast was superb. Wasn't just a continental breakfast but a buffet. Everything was hot and ready. Did not hear one plane fly over. All the staff was professional neat and clean. I truly would recommend this Hotel to anyone and I would definitely come back here.

Jet Noise The Sound of No Sleep

Airport is very close and there is alot of noise, I am a Marriott Platinum member which ment absolutley nothing at this hotel. Received none of the amenities that are associated with Platinum level. Staff acted like they never heard of platinum membership. Even the hotel manager, who at other Marriott Hotels make a huge effort to greet Platinum members and find out if they need things like detergent,water, free local calls ( things that are normally given to Platinum Members) etc , NEVER even said hi to me at this hotel. As well had ants in my room. Staff was rude with me and treated me as though I were trying to rip the hotel off. Maid failed to replace things like soup, kleenex, and paper towels. I felt because I was using my hotel points for the stay and not money I was second class. Alot of little things ticked me off.....setting my room key to lock me out exactly at check out time...to the minute. Locked me out of the building while I was loading the car. Being told something by staff....only to find out it is not accurate. I stayed there for five days and never felt comfortable. Because I had business in the area I extended my stay twice through the national reservation line using additional points. Though the reservation center sent notice( I checked) to the hotel about the extension hotel employees twice confronted me with questions about what time was I leaving. Weird hotel with questionable managment.

Security locks broken, ac fan sounded like a jet plane, remote broken. VERY noisy. A BAD experience.
Ant bites!

Both of our rooms were infested with biting ants that even stowed away in our luggage. Rooms are dirty and outdated. Microwave contained dirty dishes. Breakfast was dismal- if we got there after 8:00 the food was gone and there were no refills- no milk, coffee, etc. A disappointing, dirty experience. Security locks on doors were broken. Pool was dirty. Do NOT stay here until they complete the new hotel and raze this one. Awful.
