The hotel accomodations were great. Location was fantastic. We were in walking distance of UGA Football Stadium and the downtown area of Athens. The hotel provided a great Breakfast Buffet. Everyone was helpful and the hotel was clean and comfortable. Would definitely stay at this hotel again. The only disapointing event was the UGA lost the Game.

I just returned from vacation and stayed at this hotel for 4 nights. It has been recently updated.
The rooms were very clean and comfortable. There was a brand new air-conditioning unit in my room which worked great given the heat of Georgia this time of year. The breakfast bar, which is included in your room price, was stocked right to the end of the breakfast hour and the staff was very friendly and welcoming. I would recommend this hotel to anyone traveling to Athens.

We were very impressed with the hotel, and what a reasonable price. The room was comfortable and clean, especially the bathroom. The beds were very good and the linens seemed new. The complimentary breakfast buffet was generous and varied, something for everyone. But most of all, the front desk staff were top-notch professionals who cheerfully saw to our needs. It's always great to meet hotel people who not only do an excellent job but also appear to sincerely enjoy doing it. Staff competence and attitude can make or break your experience, and Holiday Inn Express in Athens has got this taken care of. We will definitely plan on staying here again on our next Athens visit and also look for Holiday Inn Express locations in other cities.

I love the new (?) triple sheeting on the beds. So comfortable! Very clean hotel in the heart of Athens.

I just spent 3 nights there for a meeting. The location is great to get to the restaurants. The room was great, breakfast was good, and the staff were friendly. The internet was not wireless, but still got 100 Mbps. Our room and bed were clean and I was completely satified.
