The only thing i dsliked were the housekeepers waking us up and we weren't checking out yet. I thought that they would have a list of who was checking out that day but i guess not. But overall i loved and enjoyed my stay and i would stay here again.

Good continental breakfast and staff. No fridge and microwave in room although we can use in the lobby. Toilet flush and bath outlet with problem that were solved quickly

We traveled to Birmingham to visit my son who is an assist football coach to watch him coach and spend time with him and his family, because it was my birthday weekend. I had reserved a suite and it was really nice, had the double bathroom which was a plus, and it was clean, and most of all it was right off the highway and located by a Burger King which is one of my husband's favorite's fast food places. The only minus was the continental breakfast, but we made the most out of it and we enjoyed and would recommend others to stay there.

The rooms had an odd odor. The beds were hard and very uncomfortable. The side of the bedding had stains (box springs). The surrounding area did not look safe.

Room had serious electrical problem. After trying for 8 hours to get hotel to fix it I called the Birmingham Fire Dept. They were there within 10 minutes and shut power off to the room. Made hotel furnish another room even though they had been saying they didn't have another room. Staff is incompetent. Would assume management is also.
