Description: This Hampton Inn is your standard Hampton Inn as far as rooms go. They have either a King Size bed, or two doubles to a room. The Hotel has four floors, and only one elevator so sometimes it really isn’t convenient to get to your room if you have a lot of bags (like I did!) I went to Billings, MT for work, and honestly, there aren’t many choices in hotels.
Hampton Inn does have a pool area and a workout/fitness room. They give you cookies and soup complementary for dinner. Breakfast is your standard bagels, fruit, oatmeal, cereal, etc. However, I thought it was interesting that they had these English muffin sandwiches ready to go wrapped up so you could just pop them in the microwave and go if you had to.
The first room I checked into had an overflowing toilet so they moved me. The second room had urine stains on the toilet, and hair in the bed and the old coffee grinds were still in the coffee maker from the person before.
The customer service desk was nice enough, but it wasn’t really a clean clean hotel. Not for the price. The price certainly is moderate, but there are other hotels around the area that probably are much better. I know that there was an Extended Stay America and others nearby.
I just don’t really appreciate it when hotels aren’t clean. Unless I’m backpacking Europe and staying in a hostel (which I love to do!), then I guess I expect the hotel to be clean.
Take your hard earned cash and go somewhere else!
