Horrid!!!

The hotel gave us the wrong room to start with. It was filthy dirty and stunk! It was way overpriced for what you get. They must have just had water damage because the wallpaper and sheetrock were falling off! La Quenta was cheaper and nicer!

Our overall experience with our one-night stay at La Crosse was a pleasant one. Our room (king, non-smoking) was furnished really nicely with comfortable seating and bed. The big LDC TV was really nice! We didn't take advantage of the exercise room or the pool / recreation area, but did wander through it checking it out. It looked like one of the nicest areas I"ve seen in hotels. On a side note, the toilet didn't flush too well, and just before we checked out, it didn't flush at all, or fill up with water in the tank. Also, according to the hotel description, a meal voucher was also included in the room rate, but when we checked in, they said it was discontinued, but did give us a 10% discount for a meal. If we stay in Texarkana again, we will definitly consider staying here again. The service and quality of the breakfast left us wishing we'd gone across the street to Denny's! Really poor service and quality.

This hotel has an indoor pool and a bar! It is by far the bast place to stay in T-town. They have an active nightlife and there are several other clubs in the area.

i was there 7 years ago and i wasnt going to come back but Iheard they had gotten a new owner and he had done some renovations so i decided to go back becouse it is the only fool service hotel,the rooms changed tremedosely,the look great the hallways have new carpet at least on some floors,the beds were great,housekeeping has improved very much so,the employees were all very down home sourthern friendly,i will be back

Room was great. The bathroom looked older, but the rest of the room was great. It had a flat screen TV, large fridge, and a microwave. The bed was a large soft bed with lots of extra pillows. Their price was cheaper at the hotel than was advertised online everywhere.
