NICE ROOM-BUT A RIP OFF!

We stayed at this hotel last week for one night, had a little issue getting checked in, but then the rest of the stay was fine. We unfortunately made the mistake of paying with this on our debit card and are still paying for that mistake! They put a hold on our card and charged us twice, we are still fighting the hotel and our bank over this issue as we were completely unaware that the hotel was going to do this and the bank has charged us overdraft fees now because of it-the hotel so far is refusting to pay anything more back to us as they say it is the bank's issue! Do not stay here unless you want to deal with this hassle and their little scam!
Beautiful Place. Nice People Till They Mess-up.

Beautiful building. Rooms are very comfortable. Just doen't even try to use the Kiosk check-in.
When it messed-up we had to check-in with the desk. The people were fantastic during our stay. However when we returned home. I found that I had been charged twice for our one room one night. If you like being frusterated and treated like and idiot. By all means stay here. But it will cost you.

What a wonderful place! The room was fabulous. The staff wonderful. I highly recommend this hotel. The area has great restaurants and stores. I realize we paid the winter rate, but I'd pay more for the place we got!
Walls are too thin.

I could hear everything going on in the hallway and I could hear the Highway outside. I even heard the guy in the next room using the bathroom and 03:00 am.
Rooms are nice and clean. Plasma tv is very nice. King size bed has lots of pillows and sleeps very nice. Bathroom is a little small.
Interesting new hotel brand for me.

I usually stay in Starwood or Marriott brand hotels when I travel. I was cautious because I've stayed in regular Hyatt hotels before and do not prefer them. However, this was a great hotel for business traveler!. Free wi-fi in room. Large screen TV. Intimate lobby but plenty of space in the room. Comfortable, modern, with Japanese style screens in the room. Great value. I'll try another Hyatt Place now.
