Amazing! Highly Recommended
This hotel was amazing. I have never slept so well in a hotel before. My husband actually pulled off the sheets to see what kind of bed it was so we could buy one.
The staff was great! The room was great! The continental breakfast far exceeded any of our expectations. We will definately stay here anytime we return to anchorage.

I dropped a hurried but positive note at the check out counter about two things: a clerk by the name of X was very pleasant while trying to locate a handicap shower chair for our last night there at the hotel. Her personality made up for not finding one. Secondly, the breakfast center had nourishing food and drink to choose from and was very well kept by attendents~ big kudos to the hotel for that.
The only thing to sort of complain about was I had to gently 'knock' on the adjoining door to let people on the other side know they had neighbors, it worked because they quieted down some. The next night, because of that experience, I put the 'Privacy' door knob hanger out to let others know they also had neighbors.
I appreciate the opportunity to give a review, at the same time I would like to keep options open for our next stay in such a fine establishment.

Clean, convenient, good shuttle service to airport, friendly staff, usual high season prices. The suite, for* more than a standard room is a relative bargain. We have stayed at other motels on the way in and out of Anchorage and this one was the nicest.

No frig or microwave, staff uninterested in helping guests, too expensive for what you get.....

Nice location - easy access to downtown, courteous staff, clean rooms, indoor pool facility, ample continental breakfast, local newspapers on week days - I'd stay there again
