If you like a nice staff greeting you when you arrive, this is not the place for you! They are happy to sell you a time share and that is all they are happy about. Have a problem like the air condition will not go below 75 and hot water heater not big enough to fill the tub, don't even bother to call for assistance. The bathrooms had hair everywhere and the walls were paper thin. You can hear every word and footstep of the people above you.

Location is appox. 4 miles from Duval St. - a safe distance to stay away from the hustle and bustle yet close enough to quickly get to the action. Pool is terrific. Property is a 2 bedroom/2 bathroom condo (timeshare) with a workable kitchen, living area & screened in patio - great for families. However, our unit was not very clean & housekeeping wasn't very good. No food/restaurant on premises. Be careful not to get a unit adjacent adjacent construction project. Still would come back with the family in the future.

The condo was large, and perfect for our group of six. The pool is wonderful, and nice to have a beach in the gulf. Location is far from the action, but was actually a welcomed change to the hustle/bustle of downtown.
