there were cigerette butts in the hallway at the top of the stairs for 3 days, we4 asked housekeeping to make up our room and it was not done, next day they made up the room but did not provide towels, we had iced down medications in the ice bucket they dumped the ice bucket and left the meds at room temp all day requiring a run to get more meds,, There was a mess on the front of the toilet and we left a note for house keeping and it was ignored

i stayed here for 2 nights, and the sevice was ok, the manager was really rude and seemed like he had no real customer service experience. the room was nice, it fit the price. would stay again

hotel recently changed ownership. renovations will begin soon. good price

Didn't get our poolside room biker convention, room we got heat did not work after sitting in cold for 1 1/2 hrs manager gave us another,bathroom discusting,water dripped from nasty ceiling,dirt and hair in the corners, but the pictures on the net where really nice

This hotel was a major disappointment. The pictures on line do not represent how old the hotel really is. The furniture was old and had seen better days. The bathroom sink wouldn't drain and the tub wouldn't hold water. The ceiling of our room was water damaged.The pool area was really dirty with a brown slime on the walk area around the pool. It needed a good blast of bleach.
