Well located downtown Chicago

We had a fantastic one-night, two-day stay in Chicago. The InterContinental had superb service, great ambience and the downtown location we were looking for. Great bar, love that there was a Starbucks in the lobby, too!

This hotel places you close to everything. The services were exceptional and the staff friendly and helpful. The bed was a cloud. My wife and I slept wonderfully in the solitude of this silent room.

Wasn't the fanciest place in town, and the parking was a bit pricey, but this is Chicago. All in all a fine stay.
Everything was great until we discuvered the bed bugs

I was here for one night on business, and found the hotel to be very nice, clean and the staff professional and helpful. The location was great, and within walking distance to where I needed to go. I would definitely stay here again.
