Great place to stay if going to event at Key Arena. Safeway 2 blocks away, used book store 1 block away and Bartells 1 block away. Love the Shuttle service from ferry to Inn and back to Ferry. Clean rooms and friendly staff. Eat at Floyd's for great barbque. This is not fancy, but very clean and comfortable. Quaint inn and Queen Anne neighbor hood is a fun place to walk around.

Older establishment and well maintained. If you visit during a warm spell - request A/C. Staff did not offer lots of service but were VERY helpful when asked; i.e.: directions, recommendations, bus routes, etc. Location is convenient to bus routes to downtown and waterfront. Grocery stores and restaurants within walking distance. Minimal offerings for continental breakfast. We would definitely stay here again. Front desk also answers email requests and questions promptly. Overall a very pleasant stay.

Great location, just across the street from Seattle Center (Space Needle, etc.). The neighborhood has many restaurants and good shopping opportunities. Several bus lines pass within one block, and the monorail is just a short walk away.
The room is a studio apartment in an older 3 story building with two wings. Each room has a small kitchenette with 2 burner stove, fridge, and sink. It comes with dishes and cooking utensils. My only complaint was the lack of a coffee maker.
Hotel staff is very friendly and helpful. A free continental breakfast is offered (not great, but OK). There's a laundry room in the basement. Free wine and hors d'ovres in the evening. Free wireless internet, although I had to rearrange the furniture to get a good signal. Parking is not free (I did not drive, so I'm not sure how much they charge).
This is not a new, modern, luxury property, but is quite "homey" and friendly, and perfectly adequate for most travelers. An affordable option near downtown Seattle.

Peeling paint, moldy, smelly, no close parking. Kitchenette smaller than closet. Bathroom door had problems. Very BAD DIY fix on tiles around tub fixtures. NEEDS LOTS OF LOVE.

"I really enjoyed my stay here. I was so busy, I didn't have time to look for imperfections. If you are looking for an affordable place to stay while you go sightseeing, it's perfect! It's right across the street from Key Arena. Plus it is right next to one of the best burger joints in Seattle! The best part was that my wallet was not seriously injured! It is an older building, so don't expect a jacuzzi spa in the bathroom, but again, if you are looking to save $$ this place is perfect."
