smoking rooms beware

Trust me, do not get a smoking room if you do not smoke, even if that is all that they have available. They told me to bring air freshner, but I did not and they did come up and spray their air freshner, but the pillows were horrendous. The staff was very friendly, pleasant and helpful throughout my stay but the front desk lady on the morning that we checked out was a tad bit abrasive.

My room and hotel as a whole was very clean. The mattress was very comfortable. Was happy with restaurant. All hotel staff was extremely helpful. Would definitely stay there again.
Convenient and comfortable

Easy to find and convenient for whatever you're doing. Room is clean and well appointed. Good pillows. I like the idea of their charging for towels, etc. you might want to swipe. It's only fair and the towels are good!

the web site said 3pm check-in but not until 4pm
the site says free continental breakfast but not the case they serve breakfast but at a cost
front desk staff not very professional
no refrigerator in room no microwave and funky layout of items in room
Misconception of room anemities

When reservations were made,there was no mention of renovations being done in the hotel.
and also we were told that we were not eligible for a microwave or a refrigerator because theywere for suites only and we were roomed in We did not have either appliance. The room was not thoroughly cleaned.,espicially the bathroom. We will not be staying at another Holiday Inn. Also it was not handicap friendly.
