this was not my 1st choice (it was full) but the location was a requirement. stayed 3 days and everything was very good. needed some staff assistance and they were right on the ball and more than willing to help. while i am still skeptical based on my last stays i will not overlook the hilton next month and continue to give them the opportunity to improve quality because the location works very well for us

LOVED!!! Hilton -- would definitely recommend!

The hotel was very comfortable and clean...staff was extremely helpful and friendly during our stay, whether we needed advice about Knoxville or a few extra towels. The breakfast buffet was a very nice perk - it had everything we could have imagined and was always fully prepared. Great location on Church Street to most everything downtown. Would definitely stay again and recommend.

Nice, but overpriced.

We visited Knoxville for a football game. The hotel was about 1 mile from Neyland Stadium and not a bad walk--much better than fighting traffic. The hotel was clean and really nice, but a bit overpriced for what we got. Granted, we were there on an event weekend, so rates were higher, but with all the taxes (I believe it was about $ dollars worth) and the room rate, we shelled out over $ just for one night of accomodations, and no, this was was not a suite, just a standard room! So, the only reason I wouldn't give this hotel 5 stars is because of price.

stayed here 5 total nights in 3 weeks on non business trip. 1st stay room was not ready at 8:15pm finally ready at 9:30pm. for our trouble they did give us access to concierge floor facilities. this past weekend the ice machine on our floor was broken, a parking garage gate were broken for two days in the down position. there where no handicap spaces (which i need at this time)available due to non handicap cars filling the spaces and nothing was done. this was a football weekend and we had drunks trying to get into our room by mistake believe it or not twice. one time screaming at our door thinking their party was on the inside and ramming the door to break it down. we will be inknoxville 7 or 8 more times before end of the year and i will not stay there again if i can help it. quite honestly the hotel on the weekend appears to be run young adults(under 30) who dont really know how to resolve issues or are afraid to take action. on a positive side since there isnt much going on in downtown area at night we ate in the resturant and it was excellent

Great location!

Two of my friends and I (all UT alums) stayed at this hotel for the UT/Vandy game! Great location...walked to the game and to great restaurants/bars downtown. The room was clean and comfortable for three and the view was incredible. Luke that works with Valet is second to none and the lounge downstairs was very nice. I have found the best hotel in Knoxville and will stay here everytime I return. Loved it!
