If you only have enough money to stay here, wait until you save more money. I was sent to a room that had people already in it. The second room had a bed taken apart. The staff did not know who was in what room or where the keys were for the rooms. ...Read more

Shabby Room/Bad Service

The room I was in, despite what the photos show, was tiny and run down. The service at the front desk was SLOW. It took me 20 minutes to check in and there was nobody ahead of me when I arrived!Rooms don't look anything like the website photos....

This is a nice gem located in the French Quarter. My only suggestion is they need to finish their repairs and the A/C was on in the 3rd floor hallway during out stay..burrrr. For example, Room 307 has no closet. Overall the rooms small but are ...Read more
