Nice location. But the room was not good.

Nice location. But the room was not good. The shower is not working well. Water is very small.

i liked that they had lots of parking, area was not run down and staff very friendly. breakfast was great tons of options: fresh fruit, cereal, milk, waffles (made there so fresh), homefries, and eggs.

I was double Charged due to a reservation flap and the Manager refused to refund my money even though they have a customer satisfaction gurantee which is phony bologne.
Nice room, but the staff were kind of aloof.

Good, clean overall. Better breakfast than most. Convenient to Falls , State Park, downtown Niagara etc. Staff Knowledgeable of area, would stay again

The hotel and the room was clean, the staff was very friendly and helpful. The breakfast was more than adequate. We were within walking distance of the falls and downtown. Overall very pleased and would stay there again.
