X at the desk is so pleasant. I am at the property now and she just makes you feel like family. She'd make a good bartender haha. At breakfast- that lady is too funny. The breakfast is nice but she really strikes up a conversation with you. Got a good rate- they are trying to help with good rates in economic slow time. Definitely will stay again.

The desk staff are so nice. I had a problem with a remote control and their maintenance man was prompt, courteous and solved the problem almost instantly. Breakfast was real good with the hot waffles and boiled eggs. Will come again! I am writing you from the hotels computer room. Another nice perk.

We arrived to a flashing sign welcoming goldwing riders. It was evident the staff were planning to go out of their way to impress us. Older hotel but very well kept and a staff like no other I've seen before. These guys were great. Thanks!
Best Western Greenville

I was travelling through Greenville and wanted a place fairly close to the interstate that was clean, comfortable and secure. While the directions indicated that the hotel was 4/10 mi. from the highway exit, it was actually right next to it. My room was less than 50 ft. from I-85, so I was treated to truck sounds all night. From the photo of the hotel, and from my experience with other Best Westerns, I expected a room opening to an inside corridor. As a woman, travelling alone, that was a priority. Unfortunately, all rooms at the hotel opened to the outside, so not only was I right next to the highway, I also was behind a Waffle House. I did not feel secure. Finally, the mattress was so bad that I woke up with a backache. Overall, I'd say the hotel needs a facelift and new mattresses, and the picture displayed should make it clear that rooms have outside doors.

This hotel was better than I had expected from a hotel with this rating. Room was clean, comfortable. No internet service in room. They wouldn't honor discount coupon I had but discounted room at higher rate (why waste their money advertising when they don't honor coupons?) Still a reasonable deal. Staff friendly and courteous. Continental breakfast was OK.
