The hotel was great, the staff was great, Our whole family went, My husband, my mom, and our two kids.  The resort was great, activities everyday for the kids, not like you need them though.  It is close to everything, disney and universal. The unit was very clean and comfortable.  We will definitely go back again.  Great for families.  Do not pay any attention to the bad reviews, this town house was great, especially if you have a family and are on a budget.

Good value for the money

The resort was easy to find, very convient from airport. Extremely close to Disney and local shopping. The check in was quick and the staff was nice. The resort had a lot of activities for children to do at the resort. My kids loved the pool! There was wi-fi @ the resort that my teenager loved. The villa was clean and we had everything that we needed. The only thing that could have improved my stay would have been the mattress. It was not comfortable at all. All in all it was a good stay and I would definately stay there again.

Terrible Hotel: Dirty and Old

Rooms are old, appliances are old. The cofee maker stopped working last day there, the dishwasher doesn't clean properly. The carpets are so dirty that socks turned black within a few minutes from walking on it. Pool is very small for amount of people. Saw a roach in the bathroom! The water turned hot to cold while showering. The layout of the townhome is very incovenient to pull luggage up and doiwn stairs. There are storage pods in the parking lot, it looks seedy. The mattress is very uncomfortable.

Stayed here for 4 nights in June 2009. It was nice to have 2 bedrooms as I took my son and his finace for a college graduation gift. We arrived very late as plane was delayed. When we got to the room, the beds were very very uncomfortable. The queen bed literally and I DO MEAN LITERALLY had the springs sticking out. It made horrendous noises. I called the front desk. They said they were all sold out and that they would replace the bed the next day as this room, like most I believe had not been remodeled. They have apparently remodeled some of the rooms to show you to get you to buy a time share. The twin beds were as bad with springs poking into your back. You literally could not sleep. After a long day at the parks this was pure misery. The front desk did not replace the mattress the next day. I called travel website to get them involved. They put me on hold and called the front desk which apparently promised to replace it that day. They did not. They said they had no mattresses on the premises that didnt have the same issue of springs poking out. They sent the housekeeping manager with 3 blankets and 4 pads for ME to put under my bottom sheet ( yes that is right ME to put under it) Finally on the last day they replaced the mattress. The twins were about as bad but my son didnt want to complain. I am not picky and slow to complain but this was totally ridiculous. The outside seemed a little seedy and there was a big gap under the door. Will stay in hotel next time!

Old and Dirty

The townhouse layout is very inconvenient for travelers having to take luggage up and down the stairs. The kitchen had outdated appliances; the coffee maker did not work and the dishwasher necessitated that everything get re-washed by hand. The refrigeraor did not have an ice maker. The carpet was filthy and we had to walk with socks on; the socks were black within a few minutes from the disgusting grime. The shower went erratically from hot to cold. The matress was old, cheap and squeeked when we turned. Our backs ached from the cheap mattresses. The downstairs bathroom is extremely small and difficlut with an aerage-sized adult male to shower in. The pool behind our room was tiny and too many people in it to enjoy it. The parking lot was filled with storage pods , looked very seedy. There was a roach in our bathroom our last day there! Disgusting experience all together. I'd never stay here again. The staff was friendly but the rooms and facility need updating. We go to Orlando about twice a year to visit Disney and this is by far the worst place we have ever stayed in.
