We only stayed one day and night, however that one day and night was filled with very good experiences at check in given a complimentary goodie bag and very efficient check in. Able to relax as there was very little noise from the outside. Enjoyed the fine meal in the restaurant excellent service and the mornign breakfast was very good and as we had not reeceived the morning paper asked when the paper would arrive which was later in the morning, provided a morning paper by a staff member. The complete staff believes in good old fashion customer service, where the guest is the priority. Will be staying there again on future travels to the Phoenix area.
Good Deal but has some minor annoying flaws......

I just came back from staying at this establishment for a solid week on my vacation. The property is very well kept, the staff is exceptional and very outgoing when any type of assisatnce was needed. I was first issued a room that faced Scottsdale Road and all I heard all night long was cars going back and forth which did NOT allow me to sleep well. I requested a new-room and moved the next day and was accomodated without any problem. The new room was good but in the mornings I was awakened by delivery trucks, garbage pick-up, and staff moving about in the parking lot with all types of different noises of equipment, and various vehicles. The most annoying thing was when I would be in bed at night and you could hear when your neighbor either next door or above you would take a shower, you could literally hear the water running for the duration of the time it was ran and it was LOUD. The staff was great and very helpful, I would definitely recommend this place to a friend, and I am going to stay here again.

I picked this hotel from the good reviews on travel website and the hotel lived up to the info given! Breakfast and the complimentary cocktails were awesome. Nice rooms--we had a little mishap with a leaky airconditioner, but were given a new room right away. Great location, beautiful pool area and friendly staff. I would definitely stay here again!!!

My stay was for 4 nights and we truly enjoyed the service and friendly staff from the time we checked in until we checked out. Nice property! I recommend this hotel for everyone and will continue to stay there each time I visit Phoenix.
Good Value, Terrible Staff

The daily free breakfast was a nice touch. Not just continental but a full menu cooked to order. However, staff was non-responsive and rude. Our key card would stop working everyday when we came back from our outings. I would have to walk all they way to the front desk (it is a large property) and get new keys. Finally on the fourth night, I was told by a manager that they didn't have our check out date linked to the cards and it should have been fixed the first night. But the night clerk never bothered to do it. This was really annoying since she was also rude whenever I talked to her about this issue.
